Olerato is an alumna of the Sunshine Cinema Spark Impact, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy and a BA (Hons) in Psychology. She has gained valuable experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) through her work with Sunshine Cinema, where she serves as a MERL Intern Assistant. Through the programme, she developed strong skills in data analysis, facilitation, and impact measurement, which she applies to community-based initiatives. Passionate about using research for advocacy, Olerato has worked across mental health, education, and social impact spaces to drive meaningful change.
