UCT Film Impact Facilitator Course

The UCT Film Impact Screening Facilitator online short course is the latest offering from Sunshine Cinema and the UCT Centre for Film and Media Studies.

The five-month course teaches people how to use film as a tool for social change, giving them access to a network of inspiring change makers and introducing them to skilled impact producers such as:

  • Gcina Mhlophe, celebrated author, poet, playwright, performer and storyteller

     

  • Dylan Valley, filmmaker and educator, whose virtual reality film Azibuye premiered at The Sundance Film Festival

     

  • Anita Khanna, writer and producer of award-winning documentaries such as Miners Shot Down
